Bank Account holder Verification
Information shared with Lifti is securely stored in multi-layer end-to-end encryption. Bank Details - All your financial details are stored under strict compliance with the international PCI DSS standard. All data secured by the cryptographic requirements outlined by PCI DSS and encrypted via SSL through all channels. This means your banking details are kept confidential and not readily accessible for use by cyber criminals.
Database Security - HTTPS, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standard security protocol for establishing encrypted links between a web server and a browser in online communication. Our usage of SSL technology ensures that all data transmitted between the web server and browser remains encrypted. Each user’s details are encrypted with their own unique key. This means your personal details are protected from malicious usage by third parties or any other unauthorised persons.
After each trip we strongly encourage users to rate each other for better transparency, monitoring purposes and to improve service levels. Ratings will assist users in choosing reliable and credible drivers and passengers. If a user's rating falls short of our satisfactory average of 2.5 stars, they will automatically be expelled from the Lifti community to ensure that we maintain our standard of giving each user an incredible experience.
When a lift is accepted, passengers are charged electronically using the debit or credit card details captured by them on the app. It is important to note that payment is held until 24 hours after the ride is completed. If the ride doesn’t happen or something goes wrong, simply let us know and we will process a refund according to our Company Policy.
Drivers can rest assured knowing they’ll get paid without needing to ask in person, or getting involved in fare negotiations prior to payment.
